Kroger and Walgreens teamed up in late 2018 for a pilot program in which Kroger’s private label food brands are sold at 13 Walgreens stores in northern Kentucky Kroger customers can pick up online orders at some Walgreens locations In August 2019, the two companies expanded the pilot to more locations The pilot includes Kroger Express, Kroger’s Our Brands and its organic food products Selected Walgreens locations will offer a Kroger Express assortment of up to 2,700 products.
