About Steve Perlowski Steve Perlowski has been with NACDS for over 30 years. Steve Currently serves as Vice President of Industry Affairs.  Prior to NACDS, he held sales positions with Eastman Kodak and BIC Corp.  His career started as an Assistant Manager for Software City – a retailer that sold software for home and small businesses.  Steve graduated from Allegheny College with a BS in Economics. About James A. Whitman Jim Whitman is Senior Vice President, Member Programs and Services for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS). Jim has been with the Association since 1977 joining as the first in-house Legal Counsel.  He has also served in various capacities including Manager, Regulatory Affairs; General Counsel; and Vice President, Industry Affairs.  He is currently responsible for NACDS revenue generating initiatives and interaction between retailer and associate members relating to industry programs and services, business development, all NACDS conferences and meetings, exhibits, registration, and logistics.
